HOW RESPONSIBILITY WORKS

Your project. Your authorship. Our people.

Outstaffing only works when the chain of command is honest. Here is ours — it is short.

01

Your lead directs

Every GHR engineer reports to your lead engineer. Priorities, redlines, technical decisions — all run through your chain. We stay out of it, deliberately.

02

Your standards apply

You train them to your company standard — they arrive ready to absorb it: your templates, your CDE, your BEP, and the habit of working a lead's redlines through on their own. English and Russian in daily work.

03

We answer for the person

Our guides, knowledge base and Revit/AutoCAD academy — plus mentoring on live projects. A two-week trial, and a free replacement if the fit isn't right.

The Hebrew layer — authority submissions, expertise, municipal correspondence, supervision — stays with your bureau. Our engineers give capacity: the model, the drawings, the coordination.

Responsibility and sign-off stay with your firm — by design.

BEFORE YOU ASK ANYONE

Two tools, free, no sign-up

Useful whether or not you ever write to us — one checks your bureau is ready to take someone on, the other prices the seat you have not filled.

Bureau readiness check

Could you put an external engineer to work in two weeks — or would the fortnight go on access rights and explaining the template?
