REQUEST AN ENGINEER
HOW IT WORKS

From request to a working teammate — inside your team, under your lead

One process, five steps, one honest chain of command. Your lead directs the work; we answer for the person behind it.

THE PROCESS

Five steps, one honest chain

We name a realistic start date with you — we do not promise one on a website.

Request

One conversation: which discipline, which software, which start date.

Match

We select and prepare a person for your brief — with relevant building types behind them.

Trial — 2 weeks

The engineer works under your lead, inside your process. Two weeks show how a person thinks and takes corrections — not that they are already at full speed. Not a fit — a replacement at no extra cost.

Onboard

You train them to your company standard — they arrive ready to absorb it, working in your templates and your CDE.

Grow

The engineer stays and compounds. Our guides, knowledge base and academy keep running alongside the live project.

ADAPTATION

Knowing the standard and thinking like your office are two different things

Every engineer needs this ramp — an in-house hire too. Two solutions can both be correct; which one is right here is your school of design, and that is learned. The difference is what the ramp costs you while it runs.

Weeks 1–2

Your templates, your title block, first tasks under close review. You see how the person thinks and how quickly corrections stick.

Month 1

Typical tasks run on their own. Decisions still come back to your lead — at this point that is correct, not a warning sign.

Months 2–3

The engineer starts predicting your comments: your details, your routing habits, the way your office draws a node. Questions thin out.

From there on

A team member who works the way your office works — and keeps that knowledge inside your projects for years.

What we do to shorten the ramp: our guides and academy run alongside the live project, the engineer keeps a working log of your standard, and colleagues who already work with Israeli bureaus mentor them. What we do not do is pretend the ramp is not there.

HOW RESPONSIBILITY WORKS

Your project. Your authorship. Our people.

Outstaffing only works when the chain of command is honest. Here is ours — it is short.

01

Your lead directs

Every GHR engineer reports to your lead engineer. Priorities, redlines, technical decisions — all run through your chain. We stay out of it, deliberately.

02

Your standards apply

You train them to your company standard — they arrive ready to absorb it: the model raised in Revit on your templates, clashes tracked in Navisworks or BIM 360, thought-through routing and joints, sheets set up properly. English and Russian in daily work.

03

Our preparation, education & replacement

We answer for the person, not the project: our guides, knowledge base and Revit/AutoCAD academy — plus mentoring on live projects. A two-week trial, and a free replacement if the fit isn't right.

Your bureau owns the Hebrew layer — authority submissions, expertise, municipal correspondence, supervision. Our engineers own capacity: the model, the drawings, the coordination. When a call needs Hebrew, our management joins it.

Responsibility and sign-off stay with your firm — by design.
TRIAL & GUARANTEE

The risk stays on our side of the table

The two-week trial is a condition of the deal, not a marketing line.

01

Two-week trial

The engineer works under your lead, inside your process, on your real backlog. If the fit isn't right, the trial costs you nothing.

02

Free replacement

If the fit isn't right, we propose a replacement at no cost — selected and prepared for your brief.

03

We answer for the person

Our guides, knowledge base and Revit/AutoCAD academy — plus mentoring on live projects. We answer for the person; your bureau answers for the project.

BEFORE YOU ASK

The outstaffing questions, answered straight

Your firm — always. GHR engineers work under your lead engineer, in your title block; review, sign-off and submission stay with your firm. That chain is never blurred.

Your lead engineer directs the work — priorities, redlines and review all run through your chain of command. GHR manages the person, never the project: selection, education, wellbeing and, if ever needed, replacement.

A fixed monthly rate per engineer. It covers the engineer's work and everything standing behind it: selection and preparation for your brief, our guides, the knowledge base, the Revit/AutoCAD academy, mentoring on live projects, the two-week trial and all employment overhead. No recruiting fee — one invoice a month. Terms are agreed in the contract, not advertised here.

No — and we say so before anything is signed. Our engineers work in English and Russian. Your bureau owns the Hebrew layer: authority submissions, expertise, municipal correspondence and supervision. Our engineers own capacity — the model, the drawings, the coordination. When a call needs Hebrew, our management joins it.

Your firm — entirely. The engineer works in your environment, on your templates, in your title block. Responsibility and sign-off stay with your firm — by design. We never hold your files.

They arrive with a working base — HALAT and IS 1205 for plumbing, IS 1596 and NFPA 13 for sprinklers, IS 1001 for smoke control — and the Revit habits to apply it. Your standard is the one that counts: you train them to it, and they arrive ready to absorb it.

The first two weeks are a trial. If the fit isn't right you pay nothing for the trial and we propose a replacement at no cost — selected and prepared for your brief.

We are honest about current availability before anything is signed, and we name a realistic start with you. The usual bottleneck is access to your templates and CDE — send those early.
