ABOUT GHR

A people company standing behind design teams

GHR selects, educates and places MEP engineers inside client bureaus in Israel. Operating since 2025 — a distributed team: engineers work remotely, client operations run from Israel. The pen, the review and the signature stay with the client.

GHR
A building is signed by the firm that answers for it. We will never take that pen. Our work is to make sure the hand holding it never runs out of good engineers.

THE FOUNDER

Alexey Maron

Fire Sprinkler Engineer B.Sc., founder of GHR. An engineer first: the studio grew out of real fire-protection and plumbing work inside Israeli project teams — and out of the conviction that responsibility must stay where the signature is.

The people who join your team

Everyone here is currently embedded in a client's team. We keep no bench of CVs — when you brief us, we select and prepare a person for your bureau. Semi-anonymous here by policy; clients meet them by name.

HOW WE SELECT

Four steps before anyone joins a client team

Portfolio review → live design task → interview with a discipline lead → reference check.

Portfolio review

Real sheets, real models. We look for engineering thinking, not decoration.

Live design task

A task in the candidate's discipline — drawn the way it would be drawn on a client team.

Interview with a discipline lead

English and Russian in daily work. Can they take direction and work a redline through on their own?

Reference check

Calls to the people who have actually worked with them. Then an offer and a preparation plan.

Selection is only the start: our guides, the knowledge base and the Revit/AutoCAD academy run from day one, and mentoring continues on live projects.

HOW THE TEAM IS SET UP

A distributed team. Your working day, covered.

Operating since 2025. A distributed team — engineers work remotely; client operations in Israel. Your embedded engineer overlaps your core hours and answers in your channels, by name, not through a project manager.

WHAT WE HOLD TO

Four values, kept short

01

We never take the pen

Responsibility and sign-off stay with the client. We answer for the person, never the project.

02

Named engineers

We place engineers into your team. Scope, priorities and review are always the client's.

03

Education never stops

Our guides, knowledge base and Revit/AutoCAD academy — plus mentoring on live projects.

04

An honest chain of command

One lead — the client's. We stay out of the technical chain, deliberately, so it never blurs.

MEET THEM

Meet your matches

People like these — selected and prepared for your brief.
